Appointment Coordinator - Call Center Representative

Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for Appointment Coordinator/Call Center Reps to join their team.
As a representative you are the first point of contact, corresponding with customers by phone and setting appointments for the sales department. If you have an extremely professional phone voice and are driven to earn bonuses--in addition to your base pay, please respond with your resume. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement. Immediate and ongoing training provided!
Responsibilities:
Appointment setting for the sales department
20% Inbound calls -Scheduling customer appointments
80% Outbound calls-follow up with those who express interest (No cold calling)
Email/Chat messages
Consistent use of scripts
Log customer information
Skills/Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication
Commitment to delivering 5 star customer service
Team player
Confident personality--'Go getter!'
No outbound call reluctance
Computer and internet Savvy
Ability to manage time effectively
Polished and professional appearance
Background checks, Driving Record and Drug Test.
Full-time Hours---must be able to work rotating shifts: alternating Saturdays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
