Call Center Manager / Business Development Manager

Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a smart, ambitious, and experienced Business Development Manager to launch our new Business Development Center, then interview, train, motivate and guide a new team of Business Development Representatives. Automotive experience helpful but not required.
As the Call Center Manager, you will be held accountable for:
Maximizing sales and profitability of the center to agreed levels of performance
Collect and analyze metrics/run reports
Train and motivate BDC representatives-- lead by example
Support staff and clients by handing escalated calls/situations
Have the ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment.
Your team of representatives will be responsible for the following:
Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
Inbound calls from sales customers.
Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
