- Develop and implement wellness programs and activities for residents - Coordinate and oversee the delivery of wellness services, including fitness classes, health screenings, and educational workshops - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of residents - Conduct assessments and create individualized wellness plans for residents - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs - Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in wellness initiatives - Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress Skills:
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and Medicare regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and program management At our facility, we are committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment for our residents.
